Stingray CMusic launches on Freeview TV in the United Kingdom

London, 2 December 2021 – Channelbox is thrilled to announce the launch of Stingray CMusic on the Channelbox platform in the United Kingdom. Starting today, Freeview TV and mobile app users can tune into Stingray CMusic, a channel dedicated to classical and cinematic music videos which presents the world’s leading classical artists, as well as stunning cinematic footage set to epic music.

Stingray CMusic makes classical and cinematic music accessible to a wide audience by replacing the traditional long form format with short form music videos. The channel also features interviews, behind-the-scene footage, live sessions and thematic programming. Featured artists include Andrea Bocelli, Anna Netrebko, Lang Lang and popular soundtracks such as Star Wars, La La Land, The Lord of the Rings, Gladiator and many more.

Stingray CMusic is the third FAST channel from Stingray which was added to the Channelbox lineup alongside with Qello Concerts by Stingray – the biggest collection of live concerts and documentaries and Stingray Naturescape, a nature scenery channel for relaxing and meditation.

Channelbox is a free-to-air OTT platform available in the UK on Freeview 271 and accessible via TV sets connected to the aerial and the internet. Channelbox is now also available globally via Android mobile application and the IOS version will be released this month. The current channels include news, movies, music and entertainment channels in English and foreign languages.
